FITHIVE × BUZZLEAD · THE HIVE · SEPTEMBER 2026
BuzzLead

Welcome to the Hive, FitHive.

Sunny, we just finished a run with Forever Fierce, a company selling into independent gym owners with no repeatable pipeline. FitHive is shaped the same way. It would have been wrong not to get this in front of you. So: a jar of honey, and the plan.

Underneath the jar: every US fitness studio mapped, the 14,500 that look like your best customers, and three campaigns we'd run for FitHive in the next 30 days.

Section 01 · Why there's honey on your desk

Three things came with the jar.

01

The honey

Raw, from a US apiary. Something you'll open instead of file.

02

This page

Your market sized, the customers you already win and the accounts that look like them, and three campaigns: TAM, lookalike, intent. Built for FitHive.

03

The call

Twenty minutes with Troy and Nick. We bring the account list we'd start with. You tell us where to start.

Section 02 · The company shaped like you

Forever Fierce: referral roulette to 20 to 25 meetings a month.

Sells merch programs to CrossFit gym owners. Referrals had dried up and paid ads never paid back. We mapped 1,900 gyms across eight metros, tracked gym size, rebrand activity and Instagram velocity, reframed the pitch around resellable merch, and booked 125 meetings in four months. Same shape as Forever Fierce: a public map of buyers, a purchase driven by growth moments, and an owner who needs more leads booked now.

BuzzLead used smart data-scraping to find the biggest gyms in cities and helped us reshape our offer. Now we get 25+ qualified leads monthly, generating $75k+ in revenue, including a recent $20k client.Matt Albrizio, Founder, Forever Fierce

Section 03 · The sweet part

What could be sweeter than 6,000 to 10,000 more of your best customers?

You already have the dream ones: the fitness studios that grow, retain, and refer others without being asked. We take those, run them through our lookalike tool, and find another 6,000 to 10,000 that look exactly like them. Then we run hyper-personalized, highly targeted outreach to every one.

Same size, same setup, same reasons to buy as the accounts on the right. Modeled, not guessed.

  • Kinetic SynergyIncreased organic leads by 52%, from 40 to 61 per month
  • Surge KickboxingTripled revenue and moved into a new facility
  • Train Strong FitCompletely changed the business after four years with FitHive

Section 04 · Your market, sized

Every cell is a fitness studio.

Every US gym and fitness studio shows up as an employer establishment on Google Maps and Yelp, with an owner, a general manager, and a location. We build the list from that, enrich the buyers, and time the sends to lease renewals and the January sign-up season.

Section 05 · Intent

You're the first supplier that comes to mind.

We'll actively monitor all 41,556 US fitness studios and reach out when the right signal shows up, so FitHive is the first name a gym owner thinks of when studio software comes up.

  • New location openingGoogle Maps and Yelp list a second address before the grand opening.

Section 06 · Three strategies, deployed together

TAM, lookalike, intent. Every angle, from day one.

This isn't one list and one email. We deploy three strategies at once, each with its own angle: the whole market gets the offer, the accounts that mirror your best customers get the proof, and anyone showing a buying signal gets a note the week it happens. Then we double down on whichever one the market answers.

STRATEGY 1 · TAM

Own the whole market

TargetThe ~14,500 boutique studios in your sweet spot: 100 to 1,000 members, owner and GM enriched from Google Maps and Yelp listings
AngleOne login for website, billing, scheduling and AI lead follow-up instead of four separate tools
~14,500 ACCOUNTS
STRATEGY 2 · LOOKALIKE

Mirror your best customers

TargetStudios that look like Kinetic Synergy, Surge Kickboxing, Train Strong Fit, Freedom Performance and East Memphis Athletic Club: same class type, staff size and lead volume
AngleLead with the studio they already resemble and the member growth after switching to FitHive
~6,000+ ACCOUNTS
STRATEGY 3 · INTENT

Catch them in-market

TargetStudios showing a buying signal this quarter: new location opening, GM or sales director hiring, or a lead-gen ad campaign with no follow-up system
AngleA one-to-one note written from the signal, sent the week it happens
~2,000 PER QUARTER ACCOUNTS

Section 08 · Join the Hive

The honey was the easy part.

Sunny, we'll walk the three strategies above, show you the accounts we'd start with, and tell you what it would take. No deck.
